988fb Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 988fb platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and account services available at 988fb.ws (the "Platform"). • You must register using accurate personal details — false information provided during registration will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance
• You must maintain only one (1) active account on the 988fb Platform at any given time — operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds

To access the 988fb Platform you must create a registered account. Registration requires provision of a valid mobile number, creation of a secure password, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete. 988fb reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment details at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party, including individuals who offer to assist with deposits or withdrawals on your behalf. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. • 988fb operates a single-wallet system — your account balance is shared across all games and betting markets on the Platform
• Dormant accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as communicated in 988fb's active fee schedule

Self-exclusion is available for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 988fb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. 988fb does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. 988fb's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 988fb's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 988fb makes no warranty or representation that any particular game outcome will result in a win, that any betting market will produce a favourable result, or that any bonus will lead to net profit. All gaming and betting activity on the 988fb Platform involves real financial risk and players should only participate with funds they can afford to lose.

988fb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 988fb will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected players via the Platform or by email where contact details are held. The updated Terms will be published at 988fb.ws/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You may close your 988fb account at any time by contacting 988fb support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC verification requirements being met. 988fb may terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice where there is a reasonable basis to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where account closure is required by applicable law or a regulatory instruction.
